I work across the full spectrum - spiritual, emotional, strategic, operational - and I move between them fluidly, going wherever the real work needs to happen. Sometimes that means sitting with founders in the depths of their own patterns before a single strategic conversation can begin. Sometimes it means building rigorous systems for thinking, planning and execution. Usually it means both.
